Emirates Human Rights Association, a civil non-governmental public benefit association based in the United Arab Emirates United in the Emirate of Dubai, specializing in issues and principles of human rights, rule of law and independence of the judiciary.

It was established in 2006 as a public benefit association known in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. (8) for the year 2006 issued by the Ministry of Community Development and It’s vision stems from the philosophy of promoting principles of respect for human rights,building a society of justice, equality and the rule of law, and safeguarding human dignity for all members of society without discrimination based on sex, religion, sect, thought, opinion, race, and social status.
